Shipping Policy
Where we deliver
We deliver across all emirates of the United Arab Emirates and to the GCC countries (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman).
Delivery time
- UAE: 1–3 working days after your order is confirmed.
- GCC countries: 3–7 working days after your order is confirmed.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, customs clearance, weather or courier delays.
Payment methods
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Bank transfer
- Tabby and Tamara (buy now, pay later) at checkout
For bank transfer orders, we process and ship your order once the payment is received and confirmed.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
Order processing and tracking
Orders are prepared and handed to our courier partners promptly after confirmation. When your order ships, we will send you the tracking details by WhatsApp, phone or email.
Delivery attempts
Please make sure your address and phone number are correct and that someone is available to receive the order. If we cannot reach you after several attempts, the order may be returned to us and cancelled.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please check your parcel when you receive it. If the item is damaged, leaking or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at Info@perfumo.ae or +971 50 582 6847, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Return & Refund Policy
Opened packages are not accepted
For hygiene and authenticity reasons, we do not accept returns of opened packages. Perfumes that have been opened, sprayed, used or tampered with cannot be returned or refunded.
Returns of sealed products
- You may request a return of an unopened, sealed product within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be in its original, sealed packaging with all seals, boxes and tags intact.
- To start a return, contact us at Info@perfumo.ae or +971 50 582 6847 with your order number.
Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns of sealed products, the customer pays the return shipping cost. If we sent you a damaged or incorrect item, we pay the return shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will confirm your refund. Approved refunds are issued within 7–14 working days, to the original payment method or by bank transfer for COD orders.
