Welcome to Perfumo.ae. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.perfumo.ae (the “Website”) and any order you place with us. By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
1. About us
The Website is operated by Exclusives Perfumo L.L.C. S.P.C, trading as Perfumo.ae (“Perfumo”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company licensed in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (Abu Dhabi Economic Licence No. CN-6433076).

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to place an order on the Website.
3. Products and descriptions
We make every effort to describe and show our products accurately, including brand, name, size and fragrance notes. Colours and packaging may look slightly different on your screen or may change when a brand updates its design.
Fragrance is personal. How a perfume smells and how long it lasts can differ from person to person and with skin type and weather.
We list products only under their correct brand names.
Products are offered while stock lasts. We may change, withdraw or discontinue any product at any time.
4. Prices
All prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless stated otherwise.
Prices and promotions may change at any time without notice, but the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay.
If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund any payment you have made.
4A. Orders
When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we confirm it by email, phone or WhatsApp, or when we ship it.
We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, we cannot verify your details, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.
Please make sure the name, address and phone number you give us are correct. We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by wrong or incomplete details.
5. Payment
We accept the following payment methods:
Cash on Delivery (COD): you pay the courier when you receive your order.
Bank transfer: we ship your order after we receive and confirm your payment.
Tabby and Tamara: buy now, pay later options at checkout. These services are provided by Tabby and Tamara under their own terms and eligibility checks, and we are not responsible for their decisions or fees.
6. Delivery
We deliver across the UAE and to the GCC countries. Delivery times, charges and conditions are set out in our Shipping & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Delivery times are estimates, and we are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, public holidays or other events outside our control.
7. Returns and refunds
Our returns rules are set out in our Shipping & Return Policy. In short:
We do not accept returns of opened packages.
Sealed, unopened products in original condition may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will replace or refund it.
8. Safety and allergies
Perfumes contain fragrance ingredients and alcohol, which may cause allergic reactions or skin irritation for some people. Please check the ingredients and test on a small area before use. Keep products away from children, flames and heat, and avoid contact with eyes. Stop using the product and consult a doctor if irritation occurs. We recommend reading any label warnings on the product.
9. Product authenticity
Some of our products carry an authenticity label (such as a QR code and PIN) that lets you verify the product on our Website. If you have any doubt about a product you received, contact us at Info@perfumo.ae.
10. Intellectual property
All content on the Website, including the Perfumo name and logo, text, images, graphics and design, belongs to us or our brand partners and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, modify or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission. Other brand names mentioned on the Website belong to their respective owners.
11. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Website, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing harmful code, using automated tools to scrape or overload the Website, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Website or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under UAE consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.
13. Privacy
We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on the Website at the time you place your order applies to that order.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. We will try to resolve any complaint with you directly first. If we cannot, the courts of Abu Dhabi, UAE, have jurisdiction, without affecting any right you have to go to the competent consumer protection authority.
