Order Cancellation
Cancellation requests for paid orders are subject to a 3% cancellation fee, which is a standard transaction fee. If you wish to cancel your order after it has shipped, you will be responsible for the shipping charges. Once you refuse the item(s) and we receive the product back, your credit card will be refunded, minus the shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee.
Returns
You have 3 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, along with the original packaging.
If your item is damaged, you may request an exchange via email or the contact number provided on our website within 3 days of the delivery date. Please include an image of the damaged product when filing your complaint within 24 hours of receiving the package.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of its status. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 1-2 weeks, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Eligibility
Please note that we only accept returns for valid reasons such as receiving the wrong items or items that do not match the description. We do not accept returns for reasons such as a change of mind due to the nature of our products. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and unused.

Shipping
Returns are only accepted for incorrect or misrepresented items. We do not accommodate returns for personal preference or change of mind.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We will provide you with a return label to download and print, which you should securely attach to the package. Then, simply drop off the package at the nearest courier location we specify.
